![]() But there was no such hot tubs and whirlpools. We then was told we could go in the other parts of the facility where there will be more whirlpools that we could participate in which we didn't have to be naked. My mother was very uncomfortable with this so we found a restroom to change in. We was given a uniform(A T-shirt and pair of shorts) and was told to undress in a open room, and take a shower. ![]() After the front desk employee checked us in he pointed us down the hall towards the dressing rooms, at that point we were forced to remove our shoes and had to walk around barefooted. If you want a fantastic, professional experience, in a gorgeous environment for a fair price, can't recommend enough.Today I visited The King Spa in Chicago with my mom, when we first got there we asked the employees, (who mind you didn't speak English)about the facilities and no one informed us that you have to be naked to enjoy the hot tubs and whirlpools. Talk about above and beyond, they take the definition of customer service very serious. When your massage is complete, you are dressed and headed to the lobby, you are greeted with champagne, water, fruit, and chocolate. Wish I had gone with my instinct and booked the 3 hour ritual when I arrived in Madrid, next time for sure. The massage was fantastic, gentle check in regarding pressure, found every spot that needed extra attention. You are then whisked away by your therapist to a beautiful room where they ask what the issues are in your body, what areas you would like focused on, areas you do not want touched, etc. From the gorgeous lobby, where they take your shoes and give you dreamy slippers to wear. HOWEVER as a last day treat booked a 60 minute Swedish massage for two of us. As a very picky massage therapist, I love getting massages when I travel, however, am seldom moved enough to write a review.
